THE CHALLENGE

Not Every Shop Is Built the Same

We talk to a lot of people coming from environments where:

  • Work is rushed and corners get cut
  • You’re expected to figure things out without support
  • Equipment isn’t maintained properly
  • Quality takes a back seat to speed
  • You’re treated like a number

That’s not how we operate.

But if you’ve worked in those environments, you know how frustrating it can be.
