To quote accurately, we typically need flat DFX files and drawings that include material, thickness, quantities, and any critical tolerances or forming/finishing requirements. If anything is unclear or still in development, our team will flag it during review and suggest adjustments so pricing and lead times are based on a production-ready design.
CNC punching lets us do more in a single operation, including holes, louvers, knockouts, embosses, and other formed features. By combining these operations in one process, we can often eliminate secondary machining or manual work, reducing both cycle time and overall cost per part.

We CNC punch carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from 0.018″ up to 0.25″ thick. That range lets us produce everything from light-gauge components to heavier parts while maintaining consistent accuracy and edge quality.
Turnaround depends on material availability, part complexity, and order size, but our high-speed TRUMPF equipment and lights-out automation are designed to move work through quickly.
