To quote accurately, we typically need flat DFX files and drawings with material, thickness, quantities, and any critical tolerances or finishing requirements. We will take the files and drawings and create a laser program that will also allow us to accurately calculate cutting times for quoting.
If anything is unclear or still in development, our team can flag it during review and suggest adjustments so pricing and lead times are based on a production-ready design.
By combining our TRUMPF laser with STOPA automated storage, we reduce non-productive time for loading, unloading, and material changes. This linked setup enables us to run 24/7 unmanned, achieve shorter lead times, and maintain repeatable processes across every batch.
Nitrogen-assisted cutting produces clean, oxide-free edges, which is ideal when parts will be painted, powder-coated, or welded. Because nitrogen is inert, it prevents oxidation and discolouration on the cut edge, reducing or eliminating secondary cleanup like grinding or descaling.
Our TRUMPF fibre laser is set up for tight-tolerance work, with repeatability of ±0.002″ and positioning accuracy of ±0.004″. That level of control helps ensure parts nest, assemble, and perform as intended, even on intricate profiles and tight interfaces.
Turnaround depends on material availability, part complexity, and order size, but our high-speed TRUMPF equipment and lights-out automation are designed to move work through quickly. Once we review your drawings and schedule, we’ll confirm realistic lead times so you know exactly when to expect parts.
